Are you suicidal?

SUICIDE is a permanent solution to any problem. First of all lets take a look at the big picture. You were one out of literally billions of sperm that made it to that egg and you made it to this world and you have grown into some hard times. Hard times come and go, as well as good times.

While you are here in this world you will be pushed to your limits and tested by all sources of good and evil. God gave you free will to choose for yourself and you know what is wrong and what is right, usually through your own conscience.

In the bible it say "Thou shall not kill", not only that but that your body is the temple of god, to take what god gave you and destroy it would be like someone taking a gift you bought them and destroying it right in front of you.

Admitting that your not worthy of staying here on earth is only proof that you have a lot to improve in your life, which in turn says that you have a purpose all in it's own. To become a better person, not for yourself, but for the sake of humanity.

My father passed away six years ago from cancer of the brian and for a few years after his death I spent time, daily, thinking about my purpose here on earth and why my father lost his battle to cancer at the age of 71 years old when there were people older than my father beating cancer. WHY? Is that fair? Should I take it personal? NO it is not my place to judge my own fathers existence, but it is my responsibility our of respect to my father to become the best person that I can in his absence.

For a time I thought about suicide, I'm sure we all do from one time to another. I just have too much will to live to find myself attempting such a silly act. Giving up only admits defeat and I will not give up and let anyone or any ERA control how I feel about my own life, because I know that todays really cool slang saying or song or attitude is only here for awhile until the next greatest fad. Why should I get hung up on something that is ONLY Temporary in my life. Suicide is not the answer.

POST SCRIPT Take a moment out of your life and stand at the edge of some water and watch the sun rise, it's the most inspiring thing you will ever see, all the while remembering that life isn't a destination, but a journey. There are scary parts and fun parts like any ride at an amusement park, you don't jump off the ride, you take it for all it's worth right to the end, for good or bad.

In most cases when the ride is done you want to go back and try it again. Life is that ride you can never really predict the end of, so hang on and enjoy all the bumps and turns, the ups and the downs, when it's done, you can't go back and do it again.
